Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, just below the open living area, the authentic style is elegant and enchanting. These bedroom are featuring a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, with two large sliding glass door that open on to the garden and the swimmingpool, feauturing the wooden verandah , facing the garden ?
The upper section of the property features another bedrooms that is orientated over the swimming pool edged by a sun deck. It is here that guests can spend lazy hours enjoying the seaside ambience and Fuerteventura’s mild weather condition.

The sumptuous, en-suite bathroom are a study in symmetry, equipped with large mirrors and washbasins resting upon separate wooden vanity units within two distinct areas. A toilet, together with a bidet, is discretely positioned at one end, while a walk-in rainshower with a pebbled splashback is situated at the other end.
The living and dining area are open up onto the lotus pond and the garden, the whole area is semi open to give an air circulation into the area, elegantly furnish with comfortable soft sofa, large coffee table, the verandah is facing the garden and the swimmingpool on the back of this property, the dining area accommodates large ten seats dining table.
The brand new swimmingpool, made of green granite stone, is set in the middle of a wooden terrace and offers a breathtaking view of all the landscape surrounding the property.
Several reclining lounge chairs have been set up around the pool with sunbrellas for those who prefer some degree of shade: a quiet niche to read or take pleasure in an afternoon siesta.

Eco Friendly ?Beachbums Deluxe incorporates many features designed to reduce its impact on the environment. Bio-degradable waste from the house and garden is collected, mulched and composted for use in the gardens. The garden is irrigated using an underground system that meters water usage on automatic timers. There is also a water purification plant, which produces drinking quality water in all taps. Solar panels have been installed on the roofs for heating water, and ionisers are used instead of chlorine in the swimming pool, which effectively turn the water into pure mineral water using a process approved by NASA. Low-wattage, long life, lighting fixtures keep energy costs down and timers and sensors are also used to avoid excess consumption of power. A waste water recycling system is planned. ?
